Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set material costs, machine rates, setup charges, finishes and margins. SeekMake applies them to every quote.
What happens if a part can't be priced automatically?
The customer can send a manual quote request from the cart. You price it yourself and send it back from your dashboard.
Does it work on my current website?
Yes. You add the quote widget to any page of your site, or use the WordPress plugin or the Shopify app.
Can I set different rates for different machines?
Yes. You set a rate for each machine, and SeekMake uses those rates when it prices the uploaded STEP file.
Can customers choose finishes like anodising?
Yes. You define the post-processing and finish options in the widget and set the price for each.
Which files can customers upload?
STEP and STL files. The part is checked and measured automatically when it is uploaded.
