Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set material costs, machine rates, setup charges, finishes and margins. SeekMake applies them to every quote.
What happens if a part can't be priced automatically?
The customer can send a manual quote request from the cart. You price it yourself and send it back from your dashboard.
Does it work on my current website?
Yes. You add the quote widget to any page of your site, or use the WordPress plugin or the Shopify app.
Can one instant quote cover both abrasive and pure water cutting?
Yes. You list the materials you cut with each method and give each its own rates, so rubber or foam and steel plate are priced by their own rules.
Can buyers see the price change when they pick a thicker plate?
Yes. Material and thickness are options in the form, and the price updates from your rates for the combination they choose.
Which files can customers upload?
DXF and STEP files. The part is checked and measured automatically when it is uploaded.
