Is the price an estimate or a real quote?
It is a real quote based on your rates. The customer can add it to the cart and order it.
What does the calculator take into account?
The inputs you control: material, size or volume, machine time, setup, finishes and quantity breaks.
Can I hide the price for some prints?
Yes. You can send parts outside your rules to a manual quote request instead of showing a price.
Why does a large open SLS part cost more than its volume suggests?
It takes up build space other parts could use, and the unsintered powder around it ages in the build. Pricing on bounding box as well as volume covers that.
Can the calculator show dyed and undyed prices?
Yes. Dyeing can be an option with its own price, so customers see the difference between raw nylon and a black dyed part.
Which files can customers upload?
STL, OBJ and 3MF files. The print is checked and measured automatically when it is uploaded.
How much does SeekMake cost?
