Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set material costs, machine rates, setup charges, finishes and margins. SeekMake applies them to every quote.
What happens if a part can't be priced automatically?
The customer can send a manual quote request from the cart. You price it yourself and send it back from your dashboard.
Does it work on my current website?
Yes. You add the quote widget to any page of your site, or use the WordPress plugin or the Shopify app.
Can a buyer approve and pay without a call?
Yes. The customer can approve the quote and pay online by card, PayPal or bank transfer, or order on a purchase order.
Is bridge tooling priced the same as production tooling?
Usually not. Bridge tools are often simpler or made from softer material, so many molders keep separate mold rules for them.
Which files can customers upload?
STEP files. The part is checked and measured automatically when it is uploaded.
