SeekMake is quoting and estimating software for plasma cutting shops. It reads the uploaded DXF and STEP file, applies your material costs, machine rates and margins, and produces a quote you can send, edit or let the customer order directly.
A plasma estimate depends on things that are slow to measure by hand: total cut length, the number of pierces and the plate thickness, which sets the cut speed. Thick plate pierces also wear electrodes and nozzles faster, so they deserve their own charge. Quoting software measures each DXF or STEP file and applies the same per-metre and per-pierce rates every time, whoever is estimating.

Yes. Rates, materials and margins live in your SeekMake account, so every quote uses the same rules.
Can I edit an automatic quote before sending it?
Yes. You can change prices, add lines, apply a discount or add a note before you send the quote.
Can customers order directly from a quote?
Yes. The customer opens the quote online, accepts it and pays by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Can I charge more per pierce on thicker plate?
Yes. Pierce charges can be set per material and thickness, so a pierce in 20 mm plate costs more than one in 5 mm sheet.
Can I update my plate prices when steel costs change?
Yes. Material rates are your own settings, so you change the price per thickness once and new quotes use it.
Which files can customers upload?
DXF and STEP files. The part is checked and measured automatically when it is uploaded.
