Do you take a commission on my orders?
SeekMake has a free plan with a small fee on orders paid online, and paid plans with lower or no fees. Orders paid by bank transfer go straight to you.
Who owns the customer?
You do. Customers create accounts on your domain and reorder from you.
Can companies that pay by purchase order order boards from my site?
Yes. Checkout supports purchase orders and bank transfer for B2B buyers, alongside card and PayPal.
Can I message a customer about a component substitution?
Yes. Each order has its own message thread in the customer portal, so questions about parts and substitutions stay with the order.
