Technologies
3D printing technology revolutionizes manufacturing by offering unprecedented design freedom, cost-effectiveness, and versatility, paving the way for innovation and new possibilities in product development and production.
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
FDM printing offers several advantages, including affordability, simplicity, and a wide range of available materials. It is commonly used for rapid prototyping, small-scale production, and hobbyist projects
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
SLS is known for its high-quality prints and material versatility, it typically requires specialized equipment and expertise, making it more commonly used in industrial settings or by advanced hobbyists and professionals
Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography technology offers unparalleled precision, surface quality, and detail, making it an indispensable tool for creating high-quality prototypes, functional parts, and intricate models in various industries.
Multi Jet Fusion ( MJF )
Widely used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods, for prototyping, production, and customized manufacturing applications. It offers advantages such as design freedom, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS)
Advanced additive manufacturing technology that uses a high-powered laser to selectively fuse metal powders into a solid three-dimensional object.
Digital Light Synthesis (DLS)
In the DLS process, a digital light projector is used to project UV light onto a vat of liquid photopolymer resin. Similar to CLIP, the resin is cured layer by layer, but unlike CLIP, the curing process is continuous.
PolyJet
The PolyJet process begins with a digital 3D model, which is sliced into thin layers using specialized software. The printer then jets layers of liquid photopolymer onto the build tray, with each layer cured by UV light immediately after deposition.
+450 Materials
3D printing technology revolutionizes manufacturing by offering unprecedented design freedom, cost-effectiveness, and versatility, paving the way for innovation and new possibilities in product development and production.
FDM
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) materials are essential in 3D printing, offering a wide array of thermoplastic filaments like PLA, ABS, and PETG. Renowned for their versatility and durability, FDM materials enable precise layering to produce intricate designs and functional prototypes with ease.
SLS
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) materials are renowned for their versatility, utilizing powdered thermoplastics like nylon, polycarbonate, and TPU to create durable and intricate designs. Ideal for complex parts requiring strength and precision, SLS offers unmatched reliability and quality in 3D printing.
SLA
Stereolithography (SLA) materials use liquid photopolymer resins cured by UV light, known for their fine detail and smooth finish. Ideal for intricate designs and high-resolution prototypes, SLA offers versatility and precision unmatched by other methods
Finishes
Common finishes include sanding and polishing to smooth out surface imperfections, coating and sealing to protect against wear and add a glossy or matte appearance, and dyeing and coloring to add custom colors or patterns.
Support removal
A critical step in the 3D printing process, involving the careful extraction of temporary support structures used to stabilize overhanging or intricate features during printing. This meticulous task requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the final print's integrity and surface finish
Dyeing & Coloring
A post-processing technique used to add color to 3D printed objects. It involves applying dyes or pigments to the surface of the print to achieve the desired color. This can be done using various methods such as painting, airbrushing, or immersion in dye baths
Sand & Polish
A post-printing technique to smooth surfaces. It involves sanding with coarse grits to remove imperfections, then polishing with finer grits for a smooth, glossy finish.
Coating & Sealing
A post-processing method used in 3D printing to enhance the appearance and durability of printed objects. It involves applying a protective coating or sealant to the surface of the print to improve its resistance to moisture, UV light, and wear
